Taping Courses:

We offer two taping courses at K.A.T. in the fall and in the spring.   No courses are offered in the summer due to holidays, cottage life, sporting events, and "people just want to be outside" etc during the weekends.

Testimonial:

"The techniques and theory taught in the taping classes helped to prepare me for the upcoming lacrosse season as trainer for the Ottawa Axemen. Thanks so much to Jess and her team for being so professional and doing a great job teaching these well-organized classes!” - Michelle Hipwell, Registered Physiotherapist
